User Accounts                                                                                                                                               Registration: Users may need to create an account to access certain features of our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

While we strive to connect you with qualified service professionals, we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of any service professional listed on our platform. Property owners should conduct their own research and due diligence before hiring a service professional.

 

  1.  Lead Verification Process

We employ a thorough verification process to ensure that each lead is legitimate. This involves:

Information Screening: We collect detailed information from property owners seeking services, allowing us to verify their needs and urgency. 

Regular and Emergency Needs: We categorize leads based on whether they require your services on a regular basis or in emergency situations, enabling you to prioritize your responses effectively.

 

  1. Lead Distribution Options

To accommodate different business needs, we offer two types of lead distribution:

Shared Leads: We distribute leads to up to five businesses simultaneously. This option allows you to connect with potential clients who are looking for services from multiple providers. While there's a chance of increased competition, it provides broader visibility within your market area.

Exclusive Leads: With exclusive leads, you will receive leads only to your business. This ensures that you have a direct opportunity to engage with the client without competing with other professionals. Exclusive leads are ideal for those looking to maximize their chances of securing new contracts without competing for attention.

By using our services, you can expect a consistent flow of verified leads that are highly relevant to your business, regardless of the option you choose. We are committed to helping you grow your clientele while ensuring the integrity and quality of the leads we provide.

 

  1. Setting Your Bids                                                                                                                                    1.  Log into Your Account

      2. Access your account using your registered credentials.

      3. Navigate to the Bidding Section

      4. Go to the specific category where you want to submit a higher bid. This could be within the leads or                bidding section of your dashboard.

      5. Review Current Bid 

      6. Check the current bidding status for that category. Understand what others are bidding to make an                  informed decision about how much to increase your bid.

      7. Evaluate Your Budget

      8. Determine how much you can afford to increase your bid. Ensure that it aligns with your overall  

          business budget and lead generation strategy. Consider factors like potential return on investment                 (ROI) and the value of the services you provide. Place a New Bid

      9. Depending on the platform’s process, you may need to enter your new bid amount manually. 

           For Shared Leads: Increase your bid to a competitive level while remaining within your budget

           constraints. Remember that the top five bidders will receive the leads.

           For Exclusive Lead: Since exclusivity comes with a higher minimum, ensure that your bid is

           significantly above the standard minimum (at least five times higher than the minimum for

           shared leads) to be competitive.

     10. Monitor Your Bid.  After submitting your new bid, closely monitor the bidding progress. Keep an eye on             any changes and be prepared to make further adjustments if needed.

     11. Utilize Notifications - Enable notifications through the platform, if available. This will alert you when                  you need to adjust your bid based on competitor activity.

      12. Analyze and Adjust- After your bid has been placed, analyze the outcomes. If you haven’t won the                   lead, take note of the winning bid amounts and adjust your strategy for future bidding rounds                           accordingly.

      13. Intellectual Property

          The content and materials on the 10 Golden Fingers platform, including text, graphics, logos, and                    software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are                  granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal              non-commercial use.

      14.  Limitation of Liability

          To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10 Golden Fingers shall not be liable for any indirect,                        incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits,                  data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services

       15.Indemnification

           You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 10 Golden Fingers, its affiliates, and their                           respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities,                             damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your               use of our services or violation of these Terms.
